Alternative Dispute Resolution
## BASIC THEME ALTERNATING SECTIONS
Complaints Resolution - Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
What is Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)?
ADR is a process to help resolve complaints where attempts to settle issues directly with the business have failed. An independent and impartial third party looks at all the evidence in a dispute and helps the parties involved to come to an agreement. It's usually an easier, quicker and less expensive way to sort out complaints compared to the legal route.
The Motor Ombudsman
The Motor Ombudsman self-regulates the UK’s motor industry through its comprehensive Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) approved Codes of Practice, covering both new and used car sales. The first step if you're unhappy with anything connected with buying a car at Perrys is to contact the dealership in question, or to use our - contact form. If you're still not satisfied, the Motor Ombudsman offers free impartial information and an Alternative Dispute Resolution process if needed.
